Welcome to the Scheider home page. We live in Woodbury, MN. It's a suburb of St. Paul, the companion city to Minneapolis that makes up the Twin Cities.   Yes, it's generally colder in Minnesota, but we like to think it makes for hardy souls and good values.   Keeps out the riff raff.   You have to want to live here!

Scheider

The Scheider family name is relatively rare in the U.S. The theory is that my great grandfather dropped something from the name at Ellis Island. A lot of Scheiders in the U.S. are descendants of that family. If you are one -- drop us a note! See the contact pointer in the index at the top.

Part of these pages are the proud parent bit -- the rest are some thoughtful (of course) papers by old Dad. I thought my kids might read them if I publish them someplace.
